Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

Domestic Dwellings:

1 Bed = £145 up to 8 circuits
2 Bed = £165 up to 10 circuits
3 Bed = £190 up to 12 circuits
4 Bed = £225 up to 14 circuits
5 Bed = £260 up to 16 circuits

Additional circuits over and above allotted above to be charged at £22 each.

Commercial:

To be charged per circuit @ £25 excluding VAT

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

Up to 30 appliances £150, any additional items £2.50 each

Costs for an EICR at a residential property assume the inspection and testing of a single phase consumer unit, if there is a 3 phase supply then this will be charged at commercial rates.

Hourly Fees

Hourly Rates (per engineer)

Normal working hours: 8am to 5pm

£65 per hour
Minimum charge of 1 hour applies, and then charged per 30mins.

Out Of Hours Rates:

5pm to 9pm & Sat 8am to 5pm: £95 per hour
Mon – Fri outside of these hours: £130 per hour

Materials

Will incur a standard mark-up on RRP of 25%

When operating within the congestion charge zones we do charge face value of this fee (including parking charges for all areas), this enables us to reduce the fees outside of the zone. Our vehicles are ULEZ compliant.
